Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We had a great one and busy one!!! Constantly moving and chasing after Beau between the Stuckeys and the Parhams...ah! But we love spending time with all of our family, especially those that we don't get to see that often!
And of course, Beau got plenty of new toys..ate a lot of yummy holiday treats..and learned how to drive! :)

Being pregnant, making cookies is something that I've done..often :/
I had a vision to have cookies and milk set up by the tree and Beau oh so sweetly (and not messy) holding a cookie while taking a sip of milk and with the tree in the background, it would be perfect. But I knew that wasn't realistic so instead I made a batch of delicious cookies, put them on a plate and set out a cup of milk. Beau's eyes were instantly glued. Joseph quickly put the santa hat on him and I started shooting away...this is what came out...(Sorry for the overload)

Halloween 2012

My little turtle has now turned into a monkey. So cute. We didn't go trick-or-treating, just stayed in and passed out candy to the 5 visitors we got :)

Raisins

You love them. I can never buy enough or have enough in my purse. I'm glad you like such a healthy snack. You like to "stash" them with your toys. I don't like finding them all over the house though! :/

The Blevins

I don't do family photography (kids can be a bit difficult to get to do what you want them to do) BUT this particular family is close friends with my husband and I and their daughter, Joslynn is seriously the best 5 year old ever! She didn't complain once and did everything asked in a heartbeat!! Anyways, I took some pictures that I love and wanted to show off! Since I don't want to promote family photography with my company, I figured I would post some of my favorites on here.

Beach

Swing Swing Swing!

The weather is so beautiful today that after lunch (hence the mess on Beau's face) I decided that I would set up his swing and we'd have a merry ole time enjoying the outdoors before his nap time. Well I couldn't figure the dang thing out and so he ended up playing with it on the floor :/

Well this day wasn't going to be wasted..we went on a walk and came to a park with swings and so he got to swing!
And he didn't like it much...He liked the slide much more which I, of course, have no pictures of as I was sliding with him! :)

Taking the Time

Lately I've been so busy that I haven't used my camera for fun! (Not that photographing clients isn't fun) but today I grabbed my camera and just followed Beau around.

He's become my little snuggle-bug lately! He loves sitting in my lap :)
